> To oversee/ monitor the whole operation and administration of the branches.
>
To ensure the best customer service is delivered at all times.
> To ensure all inquiries received are promptly attended to in the best manner to reflect the company's professionalism and image.
>
To ensure all informations received are efficiently and timely disseminated to all branches and DXN distributors.
>
To conduct visits to branches premises periodically for audit.
>
To work closely with other departments/ units to carry out the activities, promotions organized by the company.
>
To compile all reports and send out on timely basis.

>
Possess at least Diploma/ Degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
>
Computer literate, good customer service and communication skills.
> Must be customer service oriented and willing to go the extra mile.
>
Working experience in customer service and at supervisory level.
