  Position

Call Centre and Media Executive, Media Section
(Based in Alor Setar, Kedah)


  Responsibilities

> To handle calls from customers and process the order .
> To record enquiries and complaints from customers and forward the enquiries and complaints to the related department for further action.
> To document and maintain records of telephone interactions, orders and enquiries.
> To update relevant information to Blog and Facebook page.
> To edit and enhance videos.
> To perform related ad-hoc tasks.
> Normal working hours. Not shift based.


  Requirements

> Possess either degree or diploma qualifications.
> Willing to work in Alor Setar, Kedah.
> A pleasant and patient personality.
> Strong verbal and written communication skills.
> Background in customer service will be an added advantage .
> Computer literate.
> Multi-tasking ability.
> Knowledge of social media such as Blogging and Facebook will be an advantage .
> Interest or skills in video editing and graphics manipulation.
> Interest, knowledge or experience in video shooting.
> Candidates with fluency (written and spoken) in ONE or more of the following languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, Tamil.
