Customer Support Officer, Group Information Technology Department
(Based in Alor Star, Kedah)


  Responsibilities

> Handling of customers´ inquiries and requests.
> Providing support to operation item, distributors and oversea branches.
> Liaise with both internal departments and oversea counterparts to ensure that clients´ requests or concerns are promptly and properly addressed.
> Maintaining excellent customer contacts and relationships.
> Responsible for administration tasks.

  Requirements

> Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor´s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/ Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
> At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
> Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
> Preferably Junior Executive specializing in customer service or equivalent.
> Full-time positions available.
