Executive Diamond Council (EDC) was established
on 22nd June 2002. With the formation of this club, we foresee
a greater collaboration between the distributors and management
by fostering a closer relationship. Through this, we are confident
that DXN will become the best Network Marketing company both
locally and internationally. The EDC was formed primarily
with the following objectives :
- Protect the interests of the company
- Facilitate communication between distributors and the
company
- Propose strategies and appropriate activities
- Oversee the implementation of projects and plans, which
have been approved.

Responsible towards company's wellness and distributor´s welfare
Roles
- Organise programmes and activities for DXN distributors in order to assist, stimulate and enhance their business performance.
- Listen and sensitive on distributors/leaders problems hence discuss it with the company to overcome it.
